With any project we work on, “understanding the scope of the project” is a key starting point for us. Presenting any project to us requires a free consultation, most conveniently held via Microsoft Teams or another VoIP system.

Quoting FAQs

What is the lead-time for your quotes?

We aim to send over quotes between 48 - 72 business hours.

How will I receive my quotes?

All quotes will be sent to you via email. You will be able to view your quote online and download the PDF if needed.

Do you provide industry discounts on your quotes?

Yes. For any industry discount to be applied on quotes, we need to formally check your company registration number against your company. After checks are validated, the price discount will be applied to your quote.

What's your delivery charge?

Our basic delivery charge is £10. This delivery charge is subject to change depending on weight, dimensions and exporting goods overseas. Digital software products will NOT have a delivery charge.
